Shipping Policy

Internet orders only ship within the contiguous United States.

We offer free shipping for orders over $150. Orders $150 and below are charged a flat rate of $15.95.

Custom items not ordered through our ecommerce site will be quoted prepaid and add unless otherwise noted on quote.

Domestic rules:

- All rates are for internet orders shipped within the contiguous United States

- Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and International:

- We do not offer regular shipping to these locations

- If you would like to have an order shipped to any of these locations contact us

Carrier rules:

- Orders may ship by FEDEX, UPS, USPS or FREIGHT

- Once orders ship we will e-mail you a tracking number

- Tracking may not be available for freight shipments

Freight rules:

- Items may ship by freight due to size, weight or other factors

- These items ship from our facilities to your curbside/dock/tailgate

- Residential delivery may not be available in some areas

- If special delivery is needed tell us in the order comments or contact us

- Shipping fees are for 1 attempt to the shipping address in your order:

- Someone must be at the shipping address to sign for the delivery

- The driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but not inside

- Should you need a liftgate to get the item off the truck fees may apply

Cancellation rules:

- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have shipped

- Return shipping is deducted from refunds for refused delivery of undamaged products

- Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements

- To cancel or return an order contact us or fill out the return authorization form:

- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization

- Include your authorization number on the return paperwork
