Orders shipped incorrectly:

Orders shipped incorrectly may be returned for an exchange/refund within 15 days of **delivery**.

Shipping and handling charges for orders shipped incorrectly are refundable.

Orders shipped correctly may be returned on a case by case basis.

- Returns are not normally accepted after 15 days of **delivery**

- Accepted returns have a 20% restocking fee

- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
