Vinyl Outguides clearly mark where folders and records have been removed from the filing system. OG-224 Center Tab Vinyl Outguides, our most popular outguides, are made from heavy-duty 15 gauge vinyl with frosted-clear soft vinyl pockets. The small pocket holds a 3" x 5" charge out slip used to indicate specific information about the user, location, and contents of the removed folder. A large diagonal slash pocket temporarily holds documents and paperwork, accumulated in the folders absence, to be filed when the record is returned. The slash pocket allows for easy insertion and retrieval of documents without completely removing the guide from the filing system.
