Account Order Policy

We offer our customers the option to place orders through their account.

  • This allows the customer to place an order without requiring immediate payment.
  • No credit card is needed at the time of purchase. You will instead be billed for your payment.

    Account order requirements:

    1. - You must have an established account and an order history
    2. - We must have a verified credit card or another payment method on file
    3. - Your account must be in good standing with an up-to-date payment history

    Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis:

    First time customers may contact us directly for approval or submit their account order and await authorization.

  • To submit an account order:

    1. 1. Proceed through the checkout process normally

    2. 2. Provide your purchase order number when prompted (if applicable)

    3. 3. When choosing your payment method use the drop-down to select account number

    4. 4. Complete your order

  • - Submission of an account order does not guarantee approval

  • Account orders are approved or declined within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
  • Approved account orders are billed immediately and payment is expected within 30 days of delivery.
